Gruppo questions for bike build

Hi Chaps. I'm just about to purchase the bits I need to build up a bit of a dream bike.
I was set on SRAM 22 for the gruppo, but on the way home tonight I started to think about Ultegra Di2. I've always used SRAM and have always liked it, but everything seems to be going electronic these days. Does anyone have any experience/thoughts on which is better? My budget won't stretch to DA Di2 unfortunately.

While we're at it, I was thinking about some Zipp 404 Firecrests as a bit of a treat.Is there another wheelset in that bracket that I should be considering?

sram are making a electronic grouppo, i doubt its in the OP `s price range even if you could buy it.

My neighbour is using Ultegra Di2, I must say it looks a fantastic bit of kit and it's on my future hit list. Everybody I've either known or read who has it find it a big improvement over cable systems.
