Grrrr - trying to change my avatar.

I'm trying to upload an avatar that's only 17kb in size but repeated attempts have failed. What am I doing wrong?

The server caches images that don't change very often to make it work faster/more efficiently - which includes your avatar image.

Your browser will continue to show your exisitng avatar until its cache expires (anywhere up to 30 days) but you can shortcut this by pressing CTRL + R in Internet Explorer to force a reload of everything from the CC server - after which you should see your new avatar.
