About 80% of the time I get a groaning noise from my SPD pedals. The noise goes when 100% pressure is applied or when spinning without pressure.
The noise goes from both pedals equally.
I've tried tightening the cleats a few turns but that doesn't improve it. Lubricating the pedals and cleats seems to eliminate the noise for a very short period.
Using Shimano pedals and shoes (can't remember models at the moment).
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
