Yea, yea - I realise these serve the same purpose as any others.
But of course are fitting onto frames / forks built to take wider rubber, are likely by definition of use - to get more abuse, might want to be “Quick release” to make cleaning or removal easier for dry road rides etc etc. So may have some slightly different requirements hence…….
Some Googling / review-reading keeps bringing this one up for the rear again and again:

And this looks like it could provide good protection, decent fit on ‘ovalised’ shape Carbon forks; and be quickly removable on the front:
