Gradient - percentage to "1 in x" to degrees diagram - where did I see it?

Somewhere on Cycle Chat post about measuring gradients or hills, I recently saw a diagram (looking a bit like a quarter of a 360 degree protractor) showing gradient percentages from 0 to 100% with the corresponding "I in x" and slope in degrees. I've searched but cannot find the post. Can anyone enlighten me please?

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
If you Google 'gradient chart' this is the first image you see.

Here's a list of approximate '1-in-' gradients ...
  • 2% ~= 1-in-50
  • 3% ~= 1-in-33
  • 4% ~= 1-in-25
  • 5% ~= 1-in-20
  • 6% ~= 1-in-17
  • 7% ~= 1-in-14
  • 8% ~= 1-in-12
  • 9% ~= 1-in-11
  • 10% ~= 1-in-10
  • 11%~= 1-in-9
  • 12-13% ~= 1-in-8
  • 14-15% ~= 1-in-7
  • 16-18% ~= 1-in-6
  • 19-22% ~= 1-in-5
  • 23-28% ~= 1-in-4
  • 29-39% ~= 1-in-3
  • 40%+ ~= a wall or a cliff!
