GPX files to Iphone help

Hi. Have seen some cycle routes which are GPX files that I would like to place on my iphone any idea how I can place these on my iphone please.

The routes that I am interested in can be seen here and let you click a link to download a gpx file.

You can't.

None of the standard iPhone apps can read a .GPX file.
You will need to use some sort of 3rd party app to do it.
