Gpx files to Garmin Connect

Im trying to upload a Gpx file from my laptop to Garmin Connect but i can figure it out.
I know how to do Activities but im trying to upload a course im riding the weekend.

Any ideas ?

Open connect, but without garmin connected.
click on upload new activites.
It will say no device found, try again.
Below that it says manual upload..................there you go

I tried that but that only work on activities not gpx courses.
