I have just suffered from a gout attack again in the ankle god its painful think its from to many sugary things will have to see the doctor tomorrow. Anybody else suffer from gout and any ideas on how to aviod it in the future

In your ankle you say?


Well I can only suggest you cut the leg off at the knee, this will ensure that you have no more pain from the ankle.



















Please note that this remedy may cause a little soreness around the knee.
