Got the wife out riding

Wife came out for a ride tonight on her town bike and managed nearly 11 miles first time on a bike for 20 years so well done her

Well done both of you. My g.f. & I have taken up cycling.this year & she now lives it. She likes the way she can see an improvement in her fitness.

I tried to get my wife into cycling, we went out once then she got pregnant, not on that ride some people will do anything to avoid exercise.

Which now means we have a lovely ridden one WSD Trek road bike in the loft

Reluctant at first but after a bit of persuasion finally got my wife back on the bike. She has been doing 10 miles a day for the past fortnight.
Last time I checked she was 140 miles away. Very pleased.
