So funny nose and slight sore throat.Got the chills got a blanket over my knees and a hot water bottle on my chest.I wonder where this has come from.Tuesday was Wetherspoons,Weds was Pantry Thursday litter picking and got a little wet right at the end with a bit of rain.I hope my immune system is a bit satronger than it was in Feb/Mar when i was ill for five weeks, and just when i felt great too.

Not as bad today.Been over to Lancashire to take father in law out,and to surprise him with daughter, plus newly engaged son and girlfriend. The smile on his face said it all.We do surprises on him a lot.He did admit he thought they might have been there. But they arrived after us,it seems as he told us,he was scanning the waiting area, hoping they would be there.Anyway i woke this morning with a swollen left hand up to the part of the wrist where the watch sits.Plus my fingers were slightly sausage sized and the wedding ring was tight.now at 19-30 all is well.I am waiting for the kick off plus a pint of ruby red ale and a large whisky.Medicinal of course. Thanks for asking.I hope i dont turn in to a hypochondriac,is that how you spell it.Every sniffle is thought to be cancer in one shape or another, daft old sod.

I've had this on and off for ages - Started early April I would recover feel well enough to go for a ride then the cough and mucus would come back. last couple of weeks few miles on the bike and feel ok - with the exception of having to wear a base layer / jacket when on the bike and jumper around the house where as normally just a tee shirt would be find.

Negative test for COVID - but still think that's a possibility.

Have you read the pack insert to check that these aren't a potential side effect - you should really check with pharmacist or Dr
