I am John, 42 year old badass dad, that just got bitten by the bike bug. Well not quite true 5 years ago I was really into mountain biking (afan, cwm Caen ) but stopped when my kiddy was born.
The other day I decided I couldn't take any more of spending 45mins in Bristol traffic so decided to cycle to work ... And that's when the bug bit, my PB for cycling home is 17:15, I go out training on the bike at weekends ... Already looking for a weekend road bike as the 10kg commuter hybrid just isn't quick enough
Looking forward to adding to the community ... If nothing else seeing some of you online in bkool or Zwift
