Good price? Magnum/ Columbus Altec 2+ with Tiagra 4400 groupset

So I just picked up this bike for £200:

Full Tiagra 4400 groupset, Time front carbon fork, Altec 2 + frame. Says Magnum on it, not entirely sure what that's referring to. Mavic MA3 rims. Altogether it's in pretty good nick I'd say. How'd I do? I don't think I got ripped off or anything like that but I'd like some other opinions. Cheers

Too late I'm afraid. I offered £180 but he went up to £200. Admittedly I should have came back with £190. I've already briefly put it on the work stand and almost got the gears happy again - the limit screws needed tweaking. I'll get the DAG on the dereailleur hanger tomorrow so I can properly dial it in. Bar tape and end plugs are on order . The braking is cabled up backwards though, the European way...yuck! I'd leave it as it is if I didn't think I'd end up getting confused given all my other bikes the brakes are cabled up the British way round
