Good alternatives? Faran 2.5

Hi.

I've been saving for a new bike and really wanted an all rounder like the Fairlight Faran 2.5.
The current lead times on the size I require (54t) are a bit ridiculous stating end of April 2025 possibly longer but no sooner.
As I'm sure I can't wait this long I was wondering if people might be able to suggest alternatives.
I have a budget of roughly just over 2k.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't be put off by the long wait time. April is the start of spring and good weather. You don't want to use a brand new bike during the winter months.
