Ok I'm moaning I had an op 8 weeks ago on a sensitive area just starting to get comfy on bike again , go for check up op not worked got to go back again on Friday another 10-12 weeks no cycling so may as well write this year off

i too had an op on a 'sensitive' (part that comes into contact with saddle) area in March, didnt get the all clear till near end of June, then i was very apprehensive about spending too much time in the saddle. Only just about got my confidence back that I am not doing myself any harm. Hang in there, 'time is a great healer' as they say. build up slowly and don't over do it first ride back!!
