I don't think I could. Watching him die on live tv in such a graphic and insensitive way still haunts me now.

Oh, I'd forgotten that they showed that live... Fortunately, I was watching that Giro on highlights shows and missed seeing it. The same with Fabio Casartelli in the 1995 TdF.
