Why won't GIFs post properly anymore?

When I post a GIF, all that pops up is the URL, not the GIF.

Image copied and pasted from there ends up as a static PNG image...

Same one done by using 'Share' to copy the url and pasting that into CycleChat's Insert Image dialog box...
