Keeping up with @Tony Raynor by picking up a vintage Giant Ladago MTB .

Nice original condition and includes an all terrain Brooks saddle!!

Not sure if it's big enough for @smokeysmoo ?

I've just been admiring this on FB. Have a measure up and let me know as it might be just the ticket to get my fat @ass back in the saddle

Here you go 57cm from centre of crank to top of seat tube, 56.5 cm along the top tube and the bars are at 102cm from floor to grips and has a stand over of 80 cm .

Hmmm it comes up a bit shy when I compare those sizes to the CAAD, but then again it's a different animal and may be ok, who knows? :banghead:

I think it's a case of if we were neighbours I'd pop round and give it a whirl, but being as we're 100+ miles apart I don't want to mess you about pal in case it does indeed prove to be too small after all.

The search continues I fear

@Quigibo I will have this Giant hopefully ready soon , it will be checked over and ridden before sale .

It's had a new chain fitted today and will be having the brakes checked next .

Well an early morning garage session has seen the headset cleaned and some fresh grease added , as it felt a bit dry .

New grease certainly improved matters , as did the new brake cables .

Its on commuting duties today and the first run was good .

Next up is a bit of cleaning , oh and that Brooks all terrain saddle is super comfy and well worth the purchase ^_^
