Is it 8degree?

The first image says 8o x 100. You could ask whether it's for a 1 1/8" or 1 1/4" steerer tube.

I believe it's 8° (flip flop) but it was on the bike when I bought it so I'm literally reading the specs. I'll get the calipers out later to give the diameter

With confirmation that the stem is for a 1 1/8" steerer tube I will buy this for £13 (10+3) posted. Thanks.
Its usurper has arrived and I reckon yours would be better.

So... my measuring puts this as 31.5mm... which I guess is actually 1 1/4!

You have PM to say 'no thanks' - sorry. Will not fit a normal (1 1/8") steerer tube without a shim/adapter.
