giant bars and stem

Hi all,

I have a pair of very nearly new giant handlebars from my giant defy (Standard size not oversized)

Also got a 110mm giant stem from the same bike.

No idea what they're worth really. Perhaps a tenner for the bars and the same for the stem. Open to sensible offers obviously

Is the stem neutral or does it have a rise on it? If so, how much?

The stem is level but when flipped over it has a rise on it. Not sure how much of an angle. Will check when I get home.
