Ok maybe not loving it.
But whilst endless training seems good when thinking about it in a nice warm bed, I don't seem to want to endlessly punish myself through the dark winter nights.
Currently doing 2 intense spin classes and a short weekend ride. Maybe a few press ups and stretches through the week as well. Eating loads and enjoying a few pints.
Feel great, look healthier (less gaunt!) and no colds so far (not like me at all). Belly is getting noticeable though
