You need to find out how he delivers to houses without a chimney and then suggest he uses that method.
don't you know? Santa turns to stardust and comes through the letter box. that's how he delivered my nephews go cart. Santa won't have a problem.
(there's a tip for you parents without a chimney... should have seen my nephews face when he came down the stairs and found a trail of stardust (gold and silver glitter) from the letter box all the way through the house to the Xmas Tree and his new pressie. (can't say my mom was too impressed tho
