I've been having a bit of trouble with my BB recently so I decided to take it apart to fix the rumbling noise I was having. I assumed that this was down to a lack of grease (it was).

After getting the cranks off, I cleaned it and applied some grease. Unfortunately I've forgotten how to get it back together

I'm left with these parts

I can't figure out which bit goes where to get it all tucked back into the frame, any help would be appreciated

Applying grease to the outside is not going to help I'm afraid. The bearings are sealed in that silvery bit at the bottom (there should be two fo those?)
Shimano techdocs are a good place to start if you are looking for re-assembly instructions.

Assuming you can fit the BB itself...

Wee black ring (far right in the photo) fits on a axle up against the back of the chainwheel/driveisde crank.
Big black ring (2nd from left) fits between the bearing cup and left hand crank
Black 'e' shaped doohicky fits (via the hole) to the inner fixing bolt of the LHS crank, so that it'll clip to the outer bolt when pushed down.
Black star headed bolt screws in the LHS of the axle to preload the bearings before tightening the two fixing bolts (and clipping down the doohicky)

Thanks for the help! It's all back together now. Unfortunately the rumbling is still there, I'm wondering if it might actually be coming from my cassette.

what he said about hte grease - you neede to get the seals of the bearings but that is o easy since they arefited in te cups - them silver things wiuth the thread. Despite what Shimano say - i,e, you canno servicve them, well they would since they want to sell you a new complete BB, oit is possible to carefully tak them apart and even remove the bearings - all you wold need to do is o remove the seal using a jewellers screwdriver, was the beaings out with parafiin and repack wth grease, finally replacing th seal and re-assembling the cups.

y7ou can see the sealed bearings here (not the same BB as yours) - the red/blue is the seal that you prise off.
