genesis equlibrium 20 frameset,what components

This is to guys who have built a genesis equlibrium 20 from frame only,what components did you go for to make it a complete bike

basically just looking for ideas before i go ahead with this build

I haven't but I saw a review of the campag athena (I think) groupset on road.cc, very pretty and suits the aesthetic of the bike well

I am currently changing from a kaffenback to genesis equilibrium frame, should be ready on Saturday, looking forward to it

My current components if they all behave themselves and fit as they should do are

• Campag Veloce Groupset with a a few bits of centaur and record thrown in when i couldnt source bits + long reach miche brakes, currently deciding if buying some better ones is worth it, will see how these perform
• San Marco Rolls seat (currently in brown furry stuff, this will probably be changing for a charge spoon while i wait for a white rolls)
• Planet x seat post and thomson clamp
• FSA compact bars
• Mavic Aksium wheels (will probably be the next upgraded part once i can manufacturer an excuse for it) with conti gp4season tyres, as the panaracer paselas have made for some fairly interesting puncture repairs times
• some random silver stem (i think maybe token)
• Speedplay pedals
• SKS chromoplastic mudguards for the moment, awaiting the raceblade longs

thanks for the replies guys gives me food for thought , I was thinking of fitting brooks b17 narrow saddle,an apex groupset because of the 50/34 and 11/32 rear good for hilly sportives,shimano 650 57mm drop brake calipers if i can find them on ebay mavic open pro for the wheels on 105 hubs with gp4000s tyres.But nice to see what direction other members went.
