For sale, my barely used Day One Alfine 8 speed. It's simply taking up space since we downsized.
These are £850 direct from Genesis, as a guide.
It is fitted with full mudguards and a full rear rack, they're included in the price.
According to SportTracks, I've ridden it only 863 miles (I am meticulous about tracking this stuff, but ST makes it easy).
Tyres are barely worn in, chain is perfect. One of the advantages of an Alfine bike is the chain is effectively as single speed chain and lasts absolutely ages, it's also not near the ground so avoids dirt etc.
This would make a great commuting or touring bike, or even a great e-bike conversion project.
Picture below, more detailed pictures on request.
I'd like offers around £600 and I can be flexible on meeting halfway for someone travelling to pick up - I can't deliver by post (too much hassle and I'm working more than full time). Wirral area if you want to pick up.
It's 58cm, but I always thought it felt more like a 56 or 55. In the picture above it's configured for me, I have 33.5" inside leg and am 6ft 1" tall. I have plenty of seatpost showing in that pic, so it should be suitable for someone much smaller than me
