For sale is my Croix De Fer that I bought off here last year but Ive accepted it's just too small for me, I prefer a 60cm frame even though I'm only 6ft.

Frame: Croix de fer in white.
Groupset: Ultegra triple (6703)
Gear lever: Dura ace 7900
Brake lever: Crane Creek
Brakes: Avid BB7
Wheelset: brand spanking new Planet X with Shimano Deore hubs.
Inner tubes: slime filled Michelin with weird expansion bubbles for puncture proof commuting.
Finishing kit: Ritchey classic
Headset: Chris King
Pedals: MKS touring
Mudguards: SKS Chromoplastics
Tyres: brand spanking new schwable marathons green 35mm
Saddle: Charge spoon.

It is in good condition but has some small marks and stains but no dings.

Looking for £750. I'm in Rossendale but frequent Salford/Manchester twice a week. Willing to post at cost.

Here for rides.
Not worth buying a 60cm f&f and putting all your bits on it?

How many bikes have you been through in the past 2 or 3 years?! It seems like at least 5 or 6 ... Time to settle on 'The One' I reckon!

Cycling Plus has an article about 5 different types of custom bike in this month's issue i.e. the one which is nonsensically labelled 'May 2014' in early March! Some of them look very tempting. At least, they would tempt me if I had the money ...

New work contract will see me multi site on different hospitals/wards/therapy rooms quite a few of them I don't know the bike security measures so I'm back on the wife's Brompton at the moment. 2 speed is hard graft after 12 hour shifts so it'll be a 6 speed. And as I fancy spoiling myself it'll be a super duper light weight titanium one.

Re the bikes, still works out cheaper than a car!

Must admit that I always fancied Ti, but 953 also looks good. Despite having some reservations about CF myself, I also fancy giving that a go!

I didn't know you could get Ti Bromptons! What can you get the weight down to without spending crazy money ... 9 kg?
