Gear adjusters on the cable - replacement?

My bike has jagwire cables. On the gear cables there are mid cable indexing adjusters

I want to replace all the cables. What are those adjusters called, and do I need to buy them separately from the cable kit? Should I reuse the existing adjusters?

You can reuse the adjusters, if you're happy with them. I've just built a bike with Shimano ones.

You dont replace the frame mounted barrel adjusters, so I don't see any need to replace inlines one's. Unless they are damaged just reuse the old ones.
