ok i admit i have forgotten how to upload a ride from my garmin touring to the modern garmin connect
anyone able to help?

Shouldn't it do it automatically? It does for my 200 & 500

do you mean when i click on the 'activities' page it just automatically uploads any new activities?

Do you not have garmin Express?

Also, the garmin site will now, with a click of some buttons to set it up in the first place, will, directly upload to Strava.

yep i have set mine to transfer to strava as well and it works fine and i do have garmin express...... on one of 5 computers! and this wasn't the one and only
