Garmin upload

I cant up load any thing from my Garmin to starve since last week. How tonight cant up load to Garmin connect. Has any one else got this problem

you must feed it at once we wouldnt want your garmin to starve

Not had a problem uploading tcx files to either site, sorry I know this doesn't help, but if it had just been strava I would have said download a tcx file from Garmin Connect and upload that to strava.
