hello

I have a garmin forerunner 305 to track all my rides and commute to work so i upload all my rides to their training centre.

For my commutte to and from work i have saved this as as course and use the virtual partner to track my ride. As my ride is relateively short (4 miles) and i can travel all on wide redways i mainly track the time it takes me and cadence. Is there anyway on the training centre when i have completed a course and beat the time it can auto update itself to the quickest time? as opposed to me having to manually save the ride, re-name it and delete the duplicate off my watch?

thanks

I doubt it but I'm no expert.

Although I save my rides on training centre I don't find it that useful. I tend to use garmin connect, give a memorable name to a ride I particularly want to remember eg work commute personal best and when I think I've come close do a search to recall it. All a bit cumbersome but so far haven't found any good links to tips on how to get the best out of these programmes.
