garmin speed sensor

Hi all returned Home from morning ride to find that my garmin speed sensor has fallen off my back hub have been back and looked for it it's gone has anyone else had this happen to them if so any good ideas for keeping them on thanks in advance

It's one of the new sensors which doesn't need a wheel magnet
