After reading the thread on the edge 200 in the bargain section, and the halfords offer I decided this was for me. As I have a family member in the trade I asked him if he was able to match this offer to which he replied yes, but he also offered me a deal on the 800 model, which he would let me have at trade price of £170. It would have been rude to decline!!
Just wondering if anyone has one and are they happy with it's performance before I part with my hard earned?

Hand over the cash, it's so cheap. I have just bought one, only used it twice but it has loads of scope.

You can't go wrong. If you don't get on with it,sell it to break even or possibly for a quick profit ;)

Absolutely brilliant. I bought the 200 first and thought that was a great little piece of kit. I then developed colour map envy as my mate bought the 705, I bought an 800 off a gentleman on here. The amount of data it will give you borders on ridiculous, although to obtain a lot of it you need to have the relevant sensor or heart rate monitor which arent cheap. In one instance you need a £140 set of electronic scales!! (I think??) But even without them it's still a brilliant piece of kit and will give you more than enough information.
At that price it would be rude not to purchase, plus as defy-one pointed out you could sell on if you didnt like it. There's more chance of England winning the 2014 world cup than there is of you not getting your money back.
