Are these any good?

Wanting to use them to use the maps to see where I am going and navigate etc.

Thoughts?

yeah had the d10 very good the d20 comes with memory card while the d10 don't.
only downside Ill say is its a bit chunky mine started losing grip in the holder till it died out on me

What a load of cobblers. Neither is the etrex as such. At least one of the oregons describes itself as for running and cycling in terms of particular functions but people aren't rushing out to buy them all the time!
