Hi,

When I click on the repts tab in garmin connect the defail value of 30 days is selected and it shows me the month totals. However, I i select another option such as "Last 7 days" or custom dates I just get the spinning disc.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I just did the reports and it worked fine. Could be internet connection or ?

Interestingly Garmin UK promise a 3 day return on support queries. I am at 48hrs and counting on another support issue that I resolved myself anyway

I had registered my current email but my GC account was registered to another which I no longer have. It wouldn't let me change it to my current email as I said it was already registered. I asked them to combine the account but it was taking so long, I had a eureka moment. I could access the current empty email account change that to another address and change the full GC account to the correct email address. A day or two after I did it I got the email that the GCteam had resolved it!
