Garmin 800 upload problem

Hi I have got myself an Edge 800 and have successfully uploaded about 5 rides, I have since set my split laps to 1 mile. Problem I now have is that I have a PB ride on the Garmin that won't upload to connect. It's there plain as day on the device but Garmin connect can't see it. Please help! I've put the ride in manually but really want the whole thing on my account. Pleeease someone give me a solution.

Done it! open Garmin in my 'my computer' comes up as 2 drives. Opened each one and in both is a file for activities, open them and found only 1 with the ride in it, copy and paste to other drive. Close windows and upload in normal way. love my Garmin again!

I had my garmin to save files on memory card and it wouldn't auto upload. Changed the setting to store it on the actual garmin and all happy
