Garmin 800 Question.

I might have a problem with my Garmin 800.

The last two times I have removed the 800 unit by clicking the safe to remove button ( which I always use)
it has come up with a message 'an error has occured'
I have used the 800 today and it switched itself off while I was riding, now I'm worried?

Got any ideas..

The glaringly obvious is there is zero need to ever to use safe hardware removal. Try not doing that and see what happens.
