garmin 800 co ordinates

arrrhhhh

i want to go geocaching again and my garmin wont allow me to input co ordinates
i downloaded the geocache co ordinates to the garmin and cannot find them, then when i try to manually put them in it just shades the coordinates box but will not open, anyone know why, all the other categories open

done a factory reset which has sorted it, but then it locked again! so reset yet again

is it the format im using? which format should i use, i remember norm telling me a while ago but ive forgotton and cannot fin dthe thread
