Garmin 200 Question.

I have just switched my 200 on and in the top left is a clock thats counting reading at the moment 22 hours but how do I stop it.
Whats it for?

Its the time. If you stop it, you will die!!!!!

This morning its reading 7hrs 54 mins..
So could it be the last time it was used perhaps?

Its not a clock type reading more of a stopwatch reading.
