front wheel Wobble

My front Wheel seems to be wobbling from left to right, any idea why this is? I thought it was cross wind buton further inspection it appears to be moving.

The cones need adjusting, or if you have sealed bearings they are shot and should be replaced.

It's ok I fixed it, Somehow the QR was'nt on the fork properly
