It seems the front wheel is untrue
have you tried talking to it, about why it is being untrue..?

Buy a spoke key and practise ?
I find trueing wheels very calming as you have to be patient and tweak the spokes a quarter turn at the time, for general trueing you can use the brake blocks as a guide rather than buying a stand.
I turn the bike upside down and rest my thumb on the brake block with the nail close to the rim , i can get within a mm of truenss i reckon.

cable tie on the seat stay as per the vidBrake blocks not an option. These are disc brakes wheel
Untill they make discs cheap enough on roadies i forget that people use them, colnago do a disc wheeled roadie at £12 k .....
That all said my LBS used to charge my £5 to true a wheel so if your not sure or do not have the time sometimes it pays to get it done.I just like to fettle as i can get in the
I think that Spesh have a few at under / around £1k in their 2013 range, including Secteur, Sirrus and possibly a Roubaix.
