Front Pannier Bags

I am looking for 2x Front pannier bags .
Approx L40x W30x d 15 Cm . To fit onto my lowrider front panniers .
I cant afford any dear ones well known brands such as Carradice . etc .
Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted .

Just to let you all know . After a long time searching for front Panniers .
I found a pair . Nearly the size I wanted L30 W 30. D 15 Cm . Cost £ 22 . In Halfords In Macclesfield .
So Now I am planning A touring trip Cycling and Camping Soon .
