Front lights advice please

Has anyone bought or used these? http://www.evanscycles.com/products/knog/frog-strobe-front-light-ec022393 They sound ok but the sellers aren't going to say they're naff are they?! I'm not too bothered about front lights lighting up the road ahead as i don't cycle on unlit roads,i just want something that can be clearly seen by other road users.

I'm using one out here on my commute and don't have unlit sections but I find it very good for letting people see me coming, I'm very surprised just how much intensity there is coming from the light. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They're cheaper on amazon and the batteries are cheap as chips too.
