Because (i assume) its got a 1 inch threaded headset then,you'll need some wrenches big enough for the top locking nut and the bearing cap. They may be the same sized nut, they may be different, but they're big.
Not having seen the specific system they use, the balls may be loose in the headset, ot they may be in cages.
Slacken the topcap, slightly tighten the bearing cap until the play is
just taken out, then while holding the bearing cap nut with the wrench (to stop it moving), tighten the topcap.
