Yesterday I came off my bike, due to trying to carry something, which got stuck in the front spokes.

Result ! upside down in the middle of the road.

No real harm done, at least that's what I initially thought. The front forks are now bent.

I know it's an old bike, but are there forks out there that will work.

thanks !

I'm presuming it's an older style fork with a 1" threaded steerer. There doesn't seem to be much choice of replacements for these. This might work for you though: http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/700c-1-i...fork-240-mm-threaded-steerer-black-prod13036/

Alternatively see what the second hand market can do for you?

i have some 1"" steel forks that i have spare as i'm putting carbon on my bike give me a pm if intrested the steerer is 220mm long but you might have to convert to threadless headset and stem or have a thread cut on the forks.
cheers dave
