Bright breezy and a lot milder.
Busy day yesterday and cream crackered.

That's disgraceful behaviours Oxo - keep it up.

Coffee then see how my body reacts, Failing, another coffee and then see how...

Weather like Pinno's. OH packing for weekend with her friends in Angus, maybe biking/walking, needs bike rack putting on etc. Then decide on the days activities.

Down here in Yorkshire it seems we have the same weather as Southern Scotland. Todays plan is to ride a bike at some point, not sure what’s Mrs W has planned as she’s still in bed.

Morning.
Trying not to get my posts deleted/edited so I'll be at my most vanilla today.

What ho', young gents. Hope you all have a spiffing day, what? Off to see the young dolly-bird Stoma nurse shortly for a bit of scat play.

Some unruly cur has parked his automobile rather close to my bumper. Will make for interesting manouvres to extract my carriage, what?

Cup of Java beckons first.

Snooze first maybe, if I can get the butler to rouse me in time for my rendezvous at noon, what?

Regular
Chilled start with just a walk rather than a run too, as the wife has decided she doesn’t want the cleaner in whilst she is recovering, so guess it’s down to me to do that too 🙄

Work snizzle and a sentence I never thought I would write - just had a really good meeting with some consultants 😳

Later will be some part of a triathlon even though I’m not training for one and potentially the pub but the wife isn’t drinking on these painkillers

Went for a short run this morning, followed by work stuff and interviewing.
Bathroom renovation later.

Afternoon Peeps,

A bit tired as this is the second early start in a row to trek into town for work. Only really in as I have my annual BUPA 'MOT' this afternoon, delayed by a few weeks due to my busted collar bone. No doubt I will get another high PSA reading and get told to have another MRI which will probably come back showing nothing wrong - at least I'm consistent.

Will probably watch England v Albania tonight with a pint or two of tramp fuel and try not to fall asleep.

Back in the early 90'sin the Brighton area, there was a proliferation of these self adhesive stickers. They were put on people's windscreens and had a glue that was inordinately difficult to remove. It read:

"Thanks for parking so close. Next time, please leave a f*&%$ng tin opener so that I can get my car out"

What, ho'! Jolly good afternoon to you gents, what?

Good visit to Scat nurse earlier. Helped me with the bag position to reduce irritation and so far so good. Much less itchy.
Went to pharma for next drugs haul. Popped into GP surgery next door as I missed my Shingles vaccine due to the op. Asked when they could fit me in. "About 15 minutes time" was the reply! Went and waited, sat down for all of 3 minutes and the top-totty Polish nurse called me in for the jab. Her voice is just like Nadia from WWDITS!!! Dreamy eyes, lovely smile. And that's just me!
