freehub question !

sorry for being a numpty but i am looking at buying some wheels to fit sram bike as my wheels are on the way out , now - as the bike is going to be up for sale in the not too distant future i think , i have been looking at wheels that will fit but have a freehub on them - the question is - will i( or somebody else ) be able to change the hub to fit campag as my other bikes are campag . the idea is to buy 4za cirrus pro carbon /alloy to fit sram 10 speed for the rest of this year , then with a magic spanner swap something so they will fit campag 11 speed ---- is this possible / viable? thanks for any help

Have a look at ambrosio cassettes. Planet x. Think they have shinano splines and campag spacing.

If you're going to be using 11 speed campag then 11 speed shimano cassettes should work OK. I hink you'll get more choice of ratios and cheaper cassettes with shimano. It was tried here;
