Free hub issue

Hi all
Just doing a little maintenance and noticed these wear n tear notches along all engagement side of the keyway splines
Is this normal or is it at life's end

Normal. If it gets a lot worse it means the cassette may need a bit of wiggling to get off (and a new one on).

It does slide on/off easy
I put it back on tomorrow
