Puzzle game procrastinator!

Basically f-o-a-f is having a clear out. He has accumulated several car bike racks over the years. I know there is one roof rack with parts missing, and there are 2 or 3 towbar-mounting racks for varying numbers of bikes. I don't know if they are complete. He isn't asking to be paid for the racks, but you would have to go and pick them up. He is in a bit of a hurry so reply quickly or they might go to a charity shop.
