Free adult cycle training

I applied for this yesterday, it's recommended by Centro (a public travel body in the West Midlands) so it should be OK. Bikeright also have offices in Manchester, Merseyside and Newcastle Upon Tyne.

It appears that all the training is done to National Standards, so you will definitely enjoy yourself and learn some useful skills.
