Francoise Hardy has died.

The French singing icon has died aged 80. She enjoyed huge success in her native country prompting the French culture minister to comment on her passing "How to say goodbye to her? Eternal Françoise Hardy, legend of French song, who entered, through her sensitivity and her melodies, into the heart of an entire country."
Mick Jagger called her 'The ideal woman'. Bob Dylan wrote her love letters.
She also had a bit of chart time in the UK with this song.
Rolling Stone ranked her at number 162 on its list of the 200 Greatest Singers of All Time in 2023.
