hi. I have a classic frame which I acquired in 79. It was old and dumped !
Little did I know then that I should have kept all the fittings. It had a Williams chainset. Single brazed lever mount on down tube and pump clips on top tube.
I had another lever mount , guide and bottle bosses added.
I was told it was probably a Claud butler but have no proof. The holes in headset line up with a cb badge.
Frame no is on inner fork column and bottom bracket. There’s a thread showing an almost identical fork set on this page.
